Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Answering calls about Rental Properties Inventory
• Greeting walk-in clients and assisting them with their rental needs
• Processing Online Applications
• Compile key forms; track forms
• Resupply rental flyers
• Check email rental inquiries
• Complete Earnest money forms
• Tracking of Move-in Inspection Sheets
• Maintenance Form collection
• Move Out Inspections
• Conduct New Tenant Move ins/Lease signings
• Lease Preparation Paperwork
• Final Inspections of Rent Ready properties
